We are able to service just about any hydraulic component in the market today. We offer reman/exchange programs that fit our customer's schedule and budget. From complete new manufacture to remanufacture, we will satisfy your requirements.
Pump/Motor/Valve Division
| We have 10 full-time technicians assigned to the new assembly and rebuild / remanufacture of hydraulic components. |
| All units, new and reman, undergo an inspection and hydraulic test on one of our dedicated test consoles. |
| No unit, new or reman, leaves our facility without first being inspected and tested. |
| All components meet or exceed industry standards. |
| Our main test room has two valve consoles, one motor console and four pump consoles. |
| Cores are disassembled, evaluated and given a work order number to facilitate tracking and accuracy. |
| Reusable components are cleaned and machined or lapped to specification and non-reuseable components are replaced with new. |
Cylinder Division
| Our Cylinder Division specializes in the new manufacture and remanufacture of mobile and industrial cylinders of all sizes. |
| Perfection Hydraulics, Inc. services both the Steel and Aluminum industries. |
| All cylinders are remanufactured to OEM or customer specifications. |
| Special/exotic materials can be utilized for special applications |
| We offer on-site, troubleshooting and design assistance. |
| Prior to shipping, all cylinders are tested and painted. |
