Perfection moves into new facilityIn early July we completed our move from the Morgan Avenue plant which had been our home for the past ten years into a brand new 110,000 sq/ft facility. Our new location allows our company plenty of room for current operations and future expansion. Here is a photo of our new facility |

Perfection installs SCS Control Console for Hydraulic Performance TestingIn late August, we completed the first North American installation of a new Specified Control Systems (SCS) Control Console for our Hydraulic Performance Testing System project. The control console, related component circuitry and custom computer program, designed, supplied and installed by Mr. Roy Taylor of SCS enables Perfection Hydraulics to realize the successful completion of our goal to provide real time computer-based performance testing and report processing. The Microsoft Windows® platform Delphi® based SCS Control Software program provides general staff the ability to review and/or retrieve hardcopy printouts of various performance test data result sets (in color graph format) by either Customer Order or Part/Job Number. Perfection Hydraulics' own Unix-based in-house designed MACS© (Manufacturing Administration and Control) System software then interfaces with the SCS result data sets for archival inclusion into our Sales Master Control and Work Order project modules providing historical reference for Quality Assurance analysis and reporting. Customers may receive performance test reports upon request. |
